Skating for

HOCKEY & RINGETTE

Pure Sk8 is now offering this Skate Canada approved programming through the Derrick Skating Club designed for developing players looking to supplement their hockey training with a specific skating program to enhance on ice literacy. CanPowerSkate ideally incorporates skaters/players at the “Golden Age of Learning” to enhance their skating ability by teaching technique and efficiency, for quality execution. Hockey and Ringette players are welcome.

Note: Older or more advanced players will be referred to the Intermediate and Advanced Technical Skating Programs. If your son or daughter is already a PureSk8 client I will advise you what class is suitable for your player.
The Provincial restrictions announced on December 8, 2020 will result in a delay to the start of our Winter skating session!  At this time, we are not certain when we will be able to return to the ice, but registered skaters – please watch for updates into the New Year.  We will look at all options for our scheduled classes at that time, including whether class sessions can be extended to ensure that members get the time that they have registered for.
